Use of Rooms Not Booked
If your booking is for a double (not twin share), please use your chosen bedroom.
If two bedrooms are used without prior arrangement, a charge of an extra couple will be charged at $100.
If you would like to invite guests to stay, please let us know and we will provide extra food, wine and linen and adjust your account accordingly i.e. $65.00/person
Pricing
While every effort is made to maintain accurate pricing information, all prices shown are subject to change without notice.
Please confirm current pricing at the time of your booking. All long weekends, Easter, and Barossa Festivals require a 3 night minimum booking. Weekends require a two night minimum.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to arrival date will be entitled to a refund of deposit paid, less a $60.00 cancellation fee or alternatively the fee may be used as a deposit for a future booking. Cancellations notified more than 14 days prior to arrival date will not be entitled to a refund of deposit, but the deposit may be used for a future booking within six months of the arrival date.
Cancellations notified between 30 and 14 days prior to arrival date will forfeit the full deposit/all monies paid. When a booking has been made 14 days or less prior to arrival date, and then cancelled, the full deposit/voucher/all monies will be forfeited.
We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance to cover for unexpected situations requiring the cancellation of bookings. Travel insurance can be arranged prior to travel through your travel agent. If you do not arrive and/or don’t stay for the entire number of nights booked, no refund will be given.
Other Fees & Charges
Country Pleasures Bed & Breakfast is ‘strictly non smoking’ inside the cottages. Guests are welcome to smoke outdoors. If smoking inside a cottage is evident, a minimum fee of $200.00 may be charged to cover cleaning of all soft furnishings.
It is your responsibility on departure to leave the cottage tidy and in a respectable condition. If extra cleaning is necessary, a minimum charge of $50.00 will apply.
We are aware that accidents occur. Any breakages or damages to goods and property of Country Pleasures Bed & Breakfast is your responsibility and is to be paid for on departure.
Weekends and Voucher Conditions
Vouchers cannot be faxed or emailed but are sent by post.
Weekend booking restrictions: Saturday night must be booked as a two night stay with either a Friday night or Sunday night. If a one night voucher was purchased, the recipient will be required to make up the difference for an extra night themselves if they wish to use the voucher for a weekend stay that includes a Saturday night.
A three night booking is required on all long weekends. If the recipient wishes to use the voucher for a stay on a long weekend, during Barossa special festivals and on public holidays, they will be required to pay a surcharge and pay for any additional nights required.
Credit Card
Any charges or fees properly due under these Terms & Conditions which are not paid on or prior to your departure may be deleted to your credit card.
